1. Delivery
Due to cross-regional / overseas delivery, the estimated shipping time is 30–40 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding possible delays caused by logistics, customs, or local transportation.
2. Payment
Full payment must be received before we process your order and arrange shipment. Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed and cleared.
3. Return & Refund
We accept unconditional returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns are only processed after the item has been delivered and received.
You must return the complete package including the product and original packaging.
We will process the refund only after we have received and inspected the returned parcel.
Return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.
